Extended Workmanship Warranty

We proudly offer a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on all standard construction, landscaping, and home improvement projects.

For larger or specialty builds, we offer extended coverage options up to 5 Years depending on the scope of work.

This warranty covers:

• Installation errors

• Workmanship defects

• Structural issues caused by improper construction practices

If something isn’t right because of our work, we will fix it—no hassle.

Structural Warranty (Select Projects)

For qualifying builds such as:

• Pole barns

• Garages

• Additions

• Framing projects

We offer a 5-Year Structural Workmanship Warranty.

This covers:

• Structural integrity issues caused by workmanship

• Framing or load-related failures due to improper installation

Material Warranties

We use high-quality materials backed by manufacturer warranties, many of which provide long-term or lifetime protection.

Typical coverage includes:

• Roofing shingles: 25–50 Year warranties

• Metal roofing & steel siding: 40-Year+ warranties

• Vinyl & LP® siding: 20–30 Year warranties

• Fiber cement (Hardie®): 30-Year warranties

We’ll walk you through all manufacturer warranties so you fully understand your coverage.

Optional Extended Protection Plans

For added peace of mind, we offer optional extended protection plans that can extend workmanship coverage up to 10 Years on select projects.

Ask us about:

• Annual inspection plans

• Maintenance packages

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Storm damage, fire, or natural disasters

• Lack of maintenance or neglect

• Damage caused by third-party work or modifications
